La inspiración de la colección Yao tiene detrás una curiosa historia. Marta Coderque, diseñadora de todas y cada una de las piezas de Coderque Jewels estaba de vacaciones en una playa recóndita y paseando por la orilla encontró una estructura que le intrigó. Con esa imagen en mente diseño la pieza central de la colección Yao que se repite tanto en collares, como anillos y pendientes. Posteriormente descubrió el origen de esa estructura, era un vértebra de delfín que la marea había llevado hasta la orilla. Algo poco común de encontrar pero tan orgánico y natural que es pura vida.
The inspiration of the Yao collections has quite a story behind it. Marta Coderque, designer of each and every piece of Coderque Jewels, was on holidays in a remote beach and walking by the shore she found this structure that intrigued her. With this shape in mind, she designed the central piece of the Yao collection, which can be found on necklaces, earrings and rings. Afterwards she found out that this structure was a dolphin vertebra that was brought to shore by the tide. Something that's not common to find, but so organic and natural that is pure life.
