Porque la Navidad es un época mágica y hay que disfrutarla como tal, como cuando eras pequeña. Sal y pasea por la ciudad para ver los escaparates decorados y las luces de las calles; escribe con los más pequeños de la casa la carta a Papá Noel y a los Reyes Magos; manda una postal de Navidad (de las de verdad, en papel y por correo) a la gente que quieres; decora el árbol, tu casa, la mesa de la oficina o la taquilla del gimnasio; coge una pandereta y canta tu villancico favorito. Ríe, emociónate, cárgate de energías positivas, llena la mente de buenos propósitos y sobre todo ¡disfruta! 

Because Christmas y a magic time and you need to enjoy it as it is, as you did when you were a child. Go out and stroll the city to see the decorations of the stores windows and the lights; write with the little ones the letter to Santa; send a Christmas greeting card (a real one, of paper and by post) to the people you love; set up the tree, decorate your home, your office desk or your gym locker; get a tambourine and sing your favorite carol. Laugh, feel thrilled, get plenty of positive energies, fill your mind with food resolutions, and over all, enjoy!

También ha llegado para nosotras el momento del merecido descanso. Ha sido un año realmente emocionante, lleno de retos y experiencias alucinantes. El abrir nuestra primera tienda física, nos ha brindado la apasionante oportunidad de llegar a mucha más gente y por fin poner cara a muchas de vosotras a las que sólo conocíamos do forma digital.

It also has arrived for us the time for the well-deserved rest. It has been a really thrilling year, full of challenges and amazing experiences. Opening our first physical store has offered us the opportunity to reach many new friends and finally put a face together with a name to many of you who we knew online online.

Se empieza a sentir la Navidad - It's begining to look a lot like Christmas

Sí, sabemos que es un poco pronto... ¡Pero es que es imposible pasear por las calles de Madrid y no contagiarse del espíritu navideño! Ya se ven árboles, luces, espumillón, y la decoración de las calles ya está colgada... Ayer no nos resistimos más ¡y hasta nos pusimos villancicos para trabajar! Lo bueno es que de este subidón navideño salió algo productivo y ya tenemos la decoración navideña de nuestras bolsas Coderque. Así cuando preparemos los paquetes de todo lo que le habéis pedido a Papá Noel y a los Reyes Magos, irán también impregnados de el espíritu navideño que ya va extendiéndose por todos lados. ¿Os gusta?

Yes, we know it's still a bit early... But it's impossible to walk through the streets of Madrid and not feel the season around! You can already see Christmas trees, lights, tinsel, and the streets decoration has already been hung... Yesterday we couldn't resist any longer, and we even worked listening to carols! The good part of this Christmas burst was that we have worked out the decor for our Coderque bags. So when we are preparing the parcels of all what you have asked Santa for, they will be filled with this season's spirit, that is already all around us. How do you like it?

¿Te vas de vacaciones? – Are you going on holidays?

Porque llega agosto, el mes de vacaciones por excelencia y también en Coderque Jewels nos merecemos un descanso después de todo un año de duro trabajo. Así que nos vamos a tomar unos días libres, pero muy pronto volveremos a abrir nuestra tienda on-line y la de Etsy ¡para cualquier capricho veraniego que queráis! Y ya con las pilas cargadas, volveremos con el blog; con energías renovadas, nuevas inspiraciones y muchas ganas de seguir compartiendo con todos vosotros nuestros diseños, nuestros viajes y todo lo que ocurre en el taller de Coderque Jewels.

And August is already here, the quintessential holidays month; and we also, at Coderque Jewels, deserve a rest after the long year of hard work. We are also taking a few days off; but we will open again very soon our online shop and our Etsy store for any whim you may have! And then, with re-newed energy, we will be back with the blog, with lots of new inspirations, and looking forward to share with you all our designs, journeys and everything that goes on at our workshop.
